The challenge: In European countries, there is a large number of cases that include juvenile delinquency - from minor offences to serious crimes. After the crime is committed, young offenders are disposed to social exclusion and don't have a chance for a better future which usually leads them back to delinquency. Thus, it is important to bring measures to avoid that outcome and to help young offender so reintegrate into a society.
The process: In three partner countries we will conduct workshops, activities, common platform and pilot project with young people so as to raise awareness of importance of reintegration process.
The solution: To make a complete work methodology which requires that youth workers include young offenders into their work. That way, the rate of juvenile delinquency would decrease and prevention of repeating crimes would be more efficient.
