Challenge: Many non-profit organizations have different ideas, but they lack the knowledge of an alternative source of project financing. Also, many of them do not know about any other option except borrowing and lending, so we decided to change that.

Process: We conducted crowdfunding workshops to teach non-profits a new way of financing projects. In addition to being aware of alternative financing models, they have learned about campaigning and communication with different target groups to promote their projects and initiatives.

Solution: A series of crowdfunding workshops were held in the regional Croatian centers, through which they acquired the knowledge necessary to start their crowdfunding campaign to fund their projects.
