The challenge: Different participants of Impact Hub Zagreb had their ideas on how to make concrete business plans.
The process: We conducted a series of trainings. The goal of the educational series is to provide know-how to all of those who have an idea and wish to structure it into a business plan.
The solution: Through the educational series, we provided know-how on how to create and structure a business plan, measure social impact, and be creative in designing solutions they offer through a business idea. We produced the video for Impact Hub Zagreb's webinar 'Impact Lab'. The webinar contains practical advice for creating a business plan, measuring social impact, creative work and defining both the problem as well as its solution.
Impact Hub Zagreb offers a coworking space, office materials and infrastructure as well as mentorship for its members. Their goal is to promote and affirm entrepreneurship which addresses social and environmental challenges. Impact Hub Zagreb is part of an international organization which is active in 62 cities with over 11,000 members.
