Challenge: VUK Youth Association from Varaždin invited us to implement a three-day workshop on project cycle management for young people and the unemployed.

Process: Given the participants' profile and their interests, it was quite difficult to create a high quality workshop on project cycle management in a way that is understandable to all the target groups.

Solution: We decided to create a workshop by describing the cycle in the context of Erasmus+ projects, thus achieving good results and motivating the participants to apply for their own projects. Fifteen participants are now familiar with the nature of projects related to youth exchange and local initiatives.
